It takes proper preparation and planning if you want to do it right. Over the next several days we will go over the key essential elements to consider when planning your next website development project with MultiCOLOR Media. This series will cover 5 major areas: Audience, Information, Design, Marketing & Maintenance. Now get to work and Enjoy
1. General Website Purpose and Audience:
How will your new website serve the needs of your existing clients?
Your existing customers are just as important as the ones you are trying to attract with your new website, infact some would say they are even more important. After all, you wouldn’t be in business without them, so when considering the purpose of your new website, you need to figure out what you can offer your current customers through your new website that will further show your commitment and dedication to improving your business to customer (B2C) relationship. Doing This will not only strengthen your current B2C relationships, but also give some valuable insight for your prospective clients on how important your current customers are to you and some forsight into how they will be treated. This will give them the warm fuzzies inside and make them want to be a part of your team.
